Network (PBN) offers its retail customers a 30-day money-back guarantee
if not completely satisfied with a PBC product purchase. If, at any time during
the 30-day period after purchase, you are not satisfied with a PBN purchase,
contact our Customer Service Department at 800.372.0255. Returns are not allowed
unless authorized by ProBeauty Network. A 15% restocking fee will be applied
to all return shipments and unused items. Product replacement or credit only.
No returns beyond 30 days of purchase will be accepted. You will be issued
a Return Authorization (RA) Number for tracking purposes and instructions
on where to return your product. Upon receipt of your returned product, physical
inspection and approval, PBN will issue a refund, minus shipping charge and
the 15% restocking fee. There will be no returns accepted without a RA Number,

Beauty & Makeup Products
Cosmetics and Makeup Products have only a 15-day return policy from the date
of sales receipt. Due to the nature of the product, it can not be returned
if it has been opened at all. This is due to the possibility of contamination,
which prevents the product from being restocked and sold. This is
an "UN-opened" return policy, Only!
Shipping charges are calculated at the time an order is placed.
Total shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the total weight
of all items in your order. On orders with multiple shipments, the total shipping
charges are included with the first shipment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
An additional charge of $25.00 will be charged to your credit card for any
shipment that is refused.
